Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. We make every effort to select and sell the best products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase – just return it in new condition for a refund.
All items in your order are inspected and deemed to be in gift giving condition by our store before your order is shipped.
If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a replacement.(please send images of the box+product)
In case the order is shipped via express service a formal complaint to the carrier must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise we will not be able to deal with your issue.
Products that are made-to-order goods cannot be returned.(All furniture and wall decals)
Orders may be cancelled if work on the product has not yet begun.
Customers will be notified with an order confirmation after their order is received and given an opportunity not to proceed with the order.
Other orders can be returned if you pay to ship them back to Animi Causa and the return is in a saleable condition.
If the return is due to our error(like sending the wrong item), Animi Causa will pay to ship the return and replacment.
There are NO refunds allowed on the original shipping cost unless it was OUR error or the wrong amount charged.
Upon receiving a return, we will inspect the items and then issue a credit card credit.
When ordering goods from Animi Causa for delivery outside of Israel the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges must be borne by the recipient and Animi Causa cannot advise on any customs taxes.
We would like our international customers to note that we are obliged to declare the full value of goods on all packages and all cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If delivery can't be completed due to unpaid import duties, when the parcel comes back to us a $20 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the return charges and fees that we're billed by the carrier.
When you visit animicausa.com or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website.
For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing. The availability information for products sold are included on each product information page. Please note that we cannot guarantee despatch dates and all despatch dates given are estimates. In the event that the product you ordered is unavailable we will let you know by email.
We describe every item on our website as accurately as we can. However, occasionally product descriptions or pricing errors occur. If after you have submitted your order we discover such an error or the item ordered becomes unavailable, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity. You may then choose whether to proceed with your order or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we may treat your order as cancelled.
